How it works
Six steps, no surprises
A collision repair follows the same order every time. Here's exactly where your car is at each point, and roughly how long it sits there.
Estimate
Bring the car in or text us photos. You leave with a written estimate and a repair timeline — no charge, no obligation.
Claim filed
We open the claim with your insurer, talk to the adjuster, and get the repair authorized. You sign one form; we do the phone calls.
Teardown & blueprint
We disassemble the damaged area to find what the estimate couldn't see. Anything new goes back to the insurer as a supplement before work starts.
Structural & body
Frame pulled to factory measurements, panels replaced or reshaped, and everything checked against the manufacturer's repair procedure.
Paint & blend
Primer, sealer, basecoat, clear. We spray a test panel first and blend into the neighboring panels so the color transition is invisible.
Reassembly & delivery
Trim back on, sensors recalibrated, road test, and a full detail. We walk the repair with you before you take the keys.
Color match
The paint code is the starting point, not the answer
Two cars with the same factory code rarely wear the same color. Sun, age, and the plant that sprayed it all move the shade. So we read your actual panel and mix to that.
